1. Shipping Zones
    - We ship worldwide to all countries (except embargoed regions).
    - Orders are divided into three zones for rate calculation:
        - Zone A – North America, Europe, Australia (3–7 business days).
        - Zone B – Asia, Middle East, South America (5–10 business days).
        - Zone C – Africa, remote islands (7–14 business days).

2. Shipping Rates
    - Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen service (Standard or Express).
    - Example for the SOUL shirt (0.5 kg):
        - Zone A: $8 (Standard) / $15 (Express).
        - Zone B: $12 (Standard) / $22 (Express).
        - Zone C: $18 (Standard) / $30 (Express).

3. Shipping Process
    - Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    - You’ll receive a tracking number via email once the shipment is dispatched.

4. Customs & Duties
    - Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
    - We mark packages as “gift” or “sample” (value ≤ $20) where allowed to minimize duties.

5. Delivery Confirmation
    - Standard shipping includes basic tracking.
    - Express shipping includes full tracking + insurance up to the order value.

6. Returns & Exchanges (International)
    - Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
    - For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label for zones A & B; for zone C, we reimburse shipping costs after proof of return.

7. Prohibited Destinations
    - We do not ship to countries under international sanctions (e.g., Crimea, North Korea, Iran). The checkout system will block these addresses automatically.
