Return & Exchange Policy – “Soul rhythm blues” Shirt (International Market)
1. Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
2. Non‑returnable items
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Return process
- Fill out the Return Request Form in your Shopify account (Orders → Return Request).
- Print the pre‑paid international shipping label provided in the form (or arrange your own carrier with tracking).
- Ship the package to the address shown on the label (ensure customs paperwork is completed for international shipments).
4. Refund process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned shirt, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- International transaction fees or customs duties are non‑refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Request an exchange through the same Return Request Form, selecting the desired size or variant.
- We’ll ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Damaged or defective items
- Report any defects within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide photos of the damage for verification.
- We’ll cover return shipping for defective items and send a replacement or full refund promptly.
7. International considerations
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Ensure the return package is properly labeled with the commercial invoice to avoid customs delays.
